Faezeh graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from University of British Columbia in 2011. During her studies she spent seven years working as a Support Worker and Day Program Teacher with individuals with special needs including Autism, Aspergers, learning disabilities and Down Syndrome. These experiences gave her a broad understanding of mind and body integration and a unique outlook on life.

Faezeh After completing her Masters she worked in a Pain Management Program for 4.5 years. Working in this program excelled her skills in developing treatment plans that emphasize self management of pain using a biopsychosocial, interdisciplinary approach. For the past 6 years Faezeh has expanded her areas of expertise in private practice, assisting individuals with injury, loss of function and persistent pain conditions. Faezeh has completed post graduate training in Vestibular Rehabilitation, IMS dry needling, chronic pain (explain pain), and McKenzie Techniques (levels A, B and C).
Faezeh has experience working with individuals of all ages and activity levels with wide variety of injuries including postural issues, acute sport injuries, post surgical, work injuries and motor vehicle accidents. Faezeh has immense interest in hand and upper extremity injuries and she is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Hand Therapist. She believes in every individual being unique and special. Her treatment philosophy is centred around education and empowerment; she uses a variety of techniques to allow individuals to self care and make daily adjustments while participating in activities that are meaningful to them. Faezeh has a love for active lifestyle and her ultimate goal is to help individuals be active and stay active through out their lives.
